Software Engineers for Chicago, IL location to independently dev &
main data pipelines, ETL processes & data workflows for ingestion,
transformation, analysis & standardization to ensure data quality &
efficient & effective data access.
Bachelor's in Comp Sci or Info Sys/Tech or Data Sci/Analytics/any
Eng field +3 yrs exp req'd.
Req'd skills: hands on exp w/ Big Data Tech: EMR, Kafka, Spark;
Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; ETL & Data
Processing: Apache Airflow or similar tools; RDBMS Platforms:
Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL; Reporting Tools:
MicroStrategy, Tableau; Scripting & Programming: Python, SQL;
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation; Monitoring
Tools: Prometheus, Grafana; Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or similar
cloud tech; Operating Systems: Linux/Unix, w/ proficiency in Bash
Shell scripting; Data Formats: XML, JSON.
