IT Quality Assurance Manager Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline

Uline’s IT Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll direct a
high-performing team focused on software quality and testing across
all application areas. Help us ensure we deliver reliable,

Responsibilities Guide and manage Uline’s QA strategy, setting the
vision for testing standards and quality practices. Oversee testing
efforts across all application teams, ensuring quality from
planning through implementation. Build and guide a high-performing
QA team, encouraging skill development and creating a leadership
pipeline. Drive improvements in QA automation and processes to
enhance efficiency and software reliability. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 10 years
of IT experience, including a strong background in QA and software
development. 4 years managing a QA department or enterprise-level
testing function. Proven track record overseeing complex system
testing, from integration to user acceptance. Benefits Complete
