Job Description:
Bathing Brands, a premier provider of luxury bath products, is
seeking a highly skilled Acumatica & eCommerce Systems Analyst to
join our IT department. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal
role in optimizing and integrating our eCommerce platforms and
Acumatica ERP system to enhance our digital footprint and
operational efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring that our
technology infrastructure supports our mission to deliver
sustainable, high-quality skincare and wellness products to our
health-conscious customers. Analyze and optimize the integration
between our eCommerce platforms and the Acumatica ERP system to
ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Collaborate with IT
and business teams to define requirements, develop project scopes,
and design functional specifications. Manage updates and system
modifications, including testing and deploying new features and
customizations. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring
smooth adoption and efficient use of our eCommerce and ERP systems.
Monitor system performance, resolving any issues in real-time, and
adjusting configurations as needed. Prepare detailed reports on
system performance metrics and present findings to senior
management to aid in strategic decision-making. Proven expertise in
Acumatica ERP, and familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (like
Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce) Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Effective project management capabilities
Excellent technical documentation abilities Proficient in data
analytics and business intelligence tools Ability to work
collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Certified in
Acumatica ERP Certification in Project Management (PMP or
equivalent) is a plus
