Job Description Job Description Position: Field Service
Technician Sebenza LLC, is seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Field Service Technician to join our client team in
Elgin, IL. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible
for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to
our clients. Key Responsibilities: Travel to client sites to
install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems Perform
routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper
functioning Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide
timely solutions Collaborate with team members to develop and
implement effective repair and maintenance strategies Conduct
training sessions for clients on proper usage and maintenance of
equipment Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of
all service activities Communicate effectively with clients to
provide updates and recommendations on equipment status Adhere to
all safety protocols and company policies Requirements: Associates
degree in a technical field or equivalent is preferred. 2 years of
experience in a similar role Technical degree or certification in a
related field preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical and
electrical systems Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting
skills Experience in the Packaging Equipment field desired but not
necessary Hands on experience with Electro-Mechanical experience,
pneumatics, AC/DC motor control, PLCs, VFDs. Ability to work
independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and
customer service skills Willingness to travel and work flexible
hours as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
