As a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank - Payments Technology, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst is a foundational architect and translator for our next generation, AI driven receivables ecosystem. This role sits at the center of a high impact transformation initiative to evolve receivables from manual, rules based workflows into a self-learning, agent orchestrated platform operating at enterprise scale. You will work directly with Applied AI leadership, product owners, architects, and engineers to shape how autonomous receivables actually function in the real world—defining behaviors, decision logic, data contracts, and guardrails that allow AI agents to operate safely, accurately, and at scale. This is not a documentation role; it is a design, influence, and execution role for someone who wants to help invent the future of finance operations. Job responsibilities Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs Communicates technical terms to non-technical stakeholders Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives Experience in platform modernization Understanding in how Cloud platforms, APIs, Microservices work Experience using Generative AI tools Hands on experience with MS 365 tools , such as, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Financial Services or Payments background
