Compensation Attorney! We are actively seeking a highly motivated
Experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to become a valuable
member of our legal team at our Chicago, IL office. If you are
passionate about representing clients in workers' compensation
cases and guiding them through the claims process, this is the
opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough legal
research and case analysis to evaluate the merits of workers'
compensation claims. Prepare and file legal documents, such as
petitions, appeals, and motions. Negotiate settlements and adeptly
represent clients at hearings, trials, and mediations. Provide
expert advice to clients on their rights, benefits, and legal
options in relation to workers' compensation. Cultivate and sustain
strong client relationships through effective communication and
advocacy. Qualifications: Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from
an accredited law school. Maintain an active bar membership in IL 5
years of expereicne with Workers' Compensation Litigation Exhibit
excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate the
ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
