This contract role as an Analytics & Reporting Consultant i n Chicago, IL is responsible for conducting analysis/research, managing assignments and performing testing to validate the resolutions based on the analysis, process improvements or implementation of products and new providers. Pay Rate: $26.44 per hour Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the following operational aspects of network program o Project / Enhancements / Initiative planning and implementation o Cross functional departmental coordination, o Program management and administration including data maintenance / processing • Identify providers for recruitment or education, • Research and resolution of issues • Answering inquiries • Results reporting and analysis coordination • Conduct system testing. • Coordinate with internal resources for implementation and operation tasks. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years’ experience in managed care or network management involving independent work and judgment. • 3 years project management experience including leading and planning projects. • Experience with issue analysis/research, identifying and capturing process improvements, • testing experience and experience leading projects. • Managed care/network management database experience including knowledge of information flow. • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal and presentation skills.
