Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in
shipping, receiving, inventory and packaging production activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervises daily inbound schedule.
Supervises and coordinates all job aide generation, Standard
Operating Procedures and maintenance. Supervises material inventory
purchases, controls supplies. Supervises order release and shipping
activities for all accounts. Assign Job Recipe to Work Orders
Supervise Work Order Release and the picking and put-away of
finished product. Supervises Inventory cycle checks and counts
including reconciliation. Updates Monthly Performance Reports
Issues written and verbal instructions and monitors warehouse
operations. Supervises production packaging to ensure the lines run
smoothly, in compliance with customer requirements, and labor is
planned correctly to maintain efficiencies. Supervises pick and
pack activities, movement and sorting of air freight and container
shipments, to verify quality and quantity of incoming merchandise.
Supervises A7 credit process and all inventory adjustments Assigns
duties and examines work for accuracy, neatness and conformance to
policies and procedures. Supervises and assists with the
coordination of fork lift operators, order picker(s), or power jack
to ensure all material handling activities are performed in a safe
and efficient manner. Maintains area specific equipment (ie
Conveyors, Wireless devices) and keeps them in good working order.
Inspects, counts and checks merchandise for visible flaws and
damage and to detect differences from shipping documents.
Coordinates the arrangement of stock and the sorting of merchandise
for efficiency and accessibility, ensuring placement in the
appropriate stock locations or staging areas. Carries out
supervisory responsibilities as directed in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities
include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving

or without notice. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED and three
to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Ability to apply commonsense
understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,
or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several
concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to read and
comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and
procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence and
routine reports. Ability to effectively present information in
one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and
other employees of the organization. Ability to speak effectively
before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to
calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,
commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply
concepts of basic algebra and geometry. LOCATION This role is
onsite daily at our Aurora, Illinois location. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel
objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The
employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee
must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision

salary range from $60,000 to $65,000 a year, determined by a
variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, location,
