Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
3rd Shift Machine Operator-Blender Operator to join their team. As
a 3rd Shift Machine Operator-Blender Operator, you will be part of
the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The
ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to
safety, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully
in the organization. Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operator-Blender
Operator Location: Jackson, WI Pay Rate: $23 $1.40 shift
differential Shift: 10pm - 6am, Sunday-Thursday What's the Job?
Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability
and product output. Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and
address routine equipment malfunctions. Ensure high-quality goods
are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions. Follow safety
policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective
equipment. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2
years’ experience in manufacturing or related roles. Strong
technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment. Ability
to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental
conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
