Job Description Job Description Production Associate Pay: $20-22 Shift: 2nd and 3rd Job Description We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in the MTA Liquids department as Filler Operators. This role offers opportunities on the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10:30pm, and the 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday from 10pm to 6:30am. Responsibilities Work in a loud, fast-paced, and sometimes dirty production environment. Load, unload, count, label, ship, and pack products ranging from 5 lbs. to 50 lbs. Fill finished products and raw materials into customer-requested containers, including gallon jugs, small drums, or small containers. Utilize batch sheets to fill orders for various customers. Employ basic measurement and mathematical skills. Operate a DOSS computer system for data entry and track production updates and equipment status. Report to shift supervisors and collaborate with production workers to meet goals. Perform additional duties in the production area as requested. Package products efficiently. Essential Skills Batch Mixing experience. Machine operating experience within a GMP environment. Packing experience in a GMP environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Stand-up reach truck experience (6 months). Good work tenure (more than 1 year in a position). Ability to work with a computer. High School Diploma or GED. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Downers Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
