Primary Responsibilities

• Collaboration across stakeholder groups to translate business requirements into themes, epics, and user stories for the development teams to implement
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap and appropriately prioritized product backlog
• Collaborate with technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
• Work with development teams to ensure they understand the vision for the product and are inspired to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
• Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
  
  Job Requirements
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline; an MBA is a plus
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred
  • Software Product strategy and management experience with demonstrated value delivery
  • Data oriented mindset-comfortable using data to convey information and make decisions
  • Experience with complex customer environments and/or relevant industry experience
  • Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment leveraging frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe
  • Strong team/project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic and can work both autonomously and as part of the team
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • 20% travel
