Digital Security Analyst is a front-line cyber security
professional and a key member of the Security Operation Center
(SOC) team. Digital Security Analysts work both independently and
on teams and apply their broad digital security experience to the
identification and resolution of security incidents. Digital
Security Analysts have technical expertise and utilize the latest
in network security technology to protect UL LLC's internal
network. Digital Security Analysts are experienced cyber security
professionals who work in a technically diverse and dynamic
environment with a team of IT Security staff.
monitoring and incident response actions as assigned.
and perform analysis to resolve complex security related
investigations and research for possible computer security related
audits to validate compliance with computer security
network security assessments.
the security of clients, servers, applications, and network
log analysis to identify malicious activity and anomalous

the certification and accreditation (C&A) of new and existing
information systems and applications.

degree (equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree) or Associates
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
or related field required.
2-4 years of experience in a cybersecurity role or 5 years’
understanding of, and ability to apply, security principles in
Windows, UNIX/Linux and/or Mac OS environments.

with Penetration Testing, Vulnerability
Management, and KALI toolsets
