With minimal supervision,
implements global/regional/local Learning and Development programs
and projects. Supports team in planning and implement frontline
level organizational interventions. Closely work with team to
ensure ULU delivers good quality learning and development services

into and implement yearly learning and development plan based on
business and organizational needs.

with constructive suggestions to ensure the effectiveness of the
Learning Management System.
- Assist to
implement a solid in-house trainer/consultant management
relationship with external training vendors, universities, and
other relevant institutions.
- Lead regional
operation project and/or local learning and development
