Our client, a Manufacturing company located in Glenview, is looking for a Talent Acquisition to join their team on a permanent basis. They offer a flexible work schedule.The Talent Acquisition Specialist has an essential role in driving talent acquisition and building strong talent pools. Working closely with the leadership team, the person in this position will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities:* Deliver talent acquisition excellence including the development and implementation of strategies to source, recruit, and select a diverse and highly qualified workforce.* Drive full cycle recruiting efforts, onboarding, and support strategic Human Resource recruiting initiative.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives ensuring the recruitment processes are efficient and compliant; assist with development of measurable KPIs of recruitment strategies.* Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and searches, and track and report metrics in compliance with company policy and procedures, and federal and state laws.* Research and develop multiple networking sources including social media, industry job boards, internal communications, and referral programs; initiate campaigns to identify and connect with passive candidates to develop talent pipeline.* Strategically utilize multiple sources to determine a competitive benchmark and ensure delivery of fair and competitive compensation.* Help build and measure our employer branding as it relates to attracting top talent.* Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to determine staffing needs and qualify requirements to fully understand job duties, responsibilities, and required skills.* Responsible for screening candidate resumes, contacting candidates, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and interview teams; utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to accurately screen and assess candidates.* Act as ambassador for the organization in every aspect of recruitment, including at conferences, events, college campuses and technical schools.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.* 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment utilizing applicant tracking systems; Oracle and Workday experience a plus.* Savvy with technology and fluency in MS Office products; proficiency recruiting on social media platforms.* Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation, with ability to handle confidential information* Strong communicator, skilled at building effective relationships utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
