WHAT YOU'LL DOSolution Architects are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies. They are proficient at analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root cause(s), weighing options, choosing appropriate courses of action, and measuring and revising strategy based on results. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions. They also show a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGDuties:Lead and oversee the development of complex solutions that span multiple towers and/or encompass multiple service offerings on transformational opportunities.Work with our clients during the sales process to jointly develop the solution.Develop a winning solution that underpins the client value proposition and client business case.Provide subject matter expertise in the particular product or market -including specific industry or technical knowledge.Create integrated solutions for consulting-led transformations that bundle the best mix of FirsTech offerings, assets, and capabilities to deliver the customer value proposition on complex, multi-service group opportunitiesAct as key decision maker for the overall solutionCreates solutions that resonate with and align to organizational prioritiesKnowledge of:The competitive landscape and knowledge of FirsTech offerings to create leading solutions for our customers and FirsTech.The market and how a product is sold and the channels sold intoThe sales process and financial acumen which allows us to empower our clients with creative solutions and advocate FirsTech offeringsValue Architecture & RealizationBusiness Insight (i.e., Understanding of marketplace trends), Brings Deal shaping, Financial & Legal ExpertiseAbility to:Translate client requirements into solutions that will create value for FirsTech and our customer.articulate the solution to clients and/or to senior internal stakeholdersDiplomatically orchestrate and control the audience to get the necessary required outcomesdevelop value/client-centric solutions in response to client needs and market trends.WHY IT MATTERSOur Professional Services consulting team delivers large-scale implementations. Our Solution Architects lead consultative engagements with customers, partnering with key stakeholders to create compelling visions while advising and executing on strategies.
