ITW Residential and Renovation currently has an opening for an AP/AR Admin in its Glenview, IL facility -to support the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable team.

Job Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices via a 3-way match process including verifying invoices are properly approved prior to entry and payment. -

Process and issue payments to vendors timely. -Payment process may include checks, ACH, wire transfers, and inter-company netting. -

Reconcile accounts payable general ledger balances and Received Not Invoice report

Research and document the disputes of customers' shortage claims

Assist in disputing and recovering customers' compliance fines, including but not limited to the preparation of compliance dispute packages

Apply cash deposits to customers' accounts on daily basis

Prepare and present credit memos for approval to facilitate crediting customers' accounts for returns, shortages, damages, etc.

Conduct communication with customers as needed to facilitate processing credit card payments for repair billings

Assist in preparing and delivering customers invoices on monthly basis
