*Job Title: CT Technologist (Traveler)**Location:* Des Plaines, IL 60016*Department:* CT Scan (76800)*Shift:* Day Shift (08:00 AM 04:30 PM), Monday Friday*Pay Range:* $66 $72 per hour*Contract Length:* 13 Weeks*Job Type:* Travel/Contract*Job Description:*We are seeking a skilled and dedicated *CT Technologist* to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Des Plaines, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans in a high-quality and efficient manner, ensuring patient safety and accurate diagnostic imaging.*Responsibilities:** Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.* Follow prescribed protocols and physician instructions to capture appropriate images.* Review images for clarity and accuracy before submitting to radiologists.* Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.* Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and examination rooms.* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.* Accurately document patient information and imaging details.* Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and institutional policies.*Shift Details:** *Standard Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM* *On-Call Requirements:* Rotating on-call shifts (Weekdays 4:30 PM 8:00 AM, weekends and holidays 24-hour coverage)* *Saturday Coverage:* As needed*Qualifications:** ARRT (CT) Certification required* Active and unrestricted state license in Illinois* BLS Certification required* Minimum 1 year of CT experience preferred* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type: ContractPay: $66.00 - $72.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shiftApplication Question(s):* When is the best time to reach you by phone?* What is your preferred email ID?Experience:* CT: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* ARRT Certification (Required)Ability to Commute:* Des Plaines, IL (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Des Plaines, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
