As a Lead FP&A Analyst, you will work directly with the Senior Manager of FP&A to offer financial insight and advisory related to strategic financial decision making. In the last 3 years, my client has continuously grown their revenue and headcount with back-to-back record breaking years and is looking to add a Lead FP&A Analyst to their growing team!In addition to performing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the entire organization, my client is looking for a Lead FP&A Analyst to be a true business partner to the organization. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, Operations, Strategy, etc. to gather information to contribute to financial analysis of company performance
• Perform analysis to support strategic decision making for current organization
• Present financial status for monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting with Senior Leadership Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and variance analysis on the performance of the company
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data making recommendations to increase financial performance
• Support the company's annual and five year planning process
• Collaborate with the CFO on investor relations, including the preparation of quarterly earnings, continuous improvement efforts, and the monitoring and analysis of the company's consensus estimates
• Ad-hoc analysis as requestedProfile
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance
  • Experience with SAP or SAP BPC a plus
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Strategy, Marketing, etc.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and various analysis (variance, profitability, etc.)
  • Ability to present financial analysis and make financial recommendations to Senior Leadership
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and follow through on completion of high-profile projects
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting/filtering, conditional formatting, etc.Job Offer
