We have an exciting new opportunity for aBenefitsAnalyst Manager. Wespath provides benefit administration services to over 100,000 participants. In 2022 the Customer Service department started a transition in how the department services Wespath customers. This transition included changes in the department structure, its technology, and processes. A team of benefits analysts was created to be responsible for large, complex benefit administration projects like the annual Required Minimum Distribution process. We believe the person who will thrive in this new role is an experienced manager of employees who enjoys using their analytical skills to identify where processes and systems can be improved and then making the case for change.
