Senior Manager of Parking Logistics OperationsDepartment: Parking and TransportationDirect Supervisor: Sr. Director of Parking and TransportationStatus: Full-timeSummary:The Senior Manager of Parking Logistics Operations will oversee the setup and breakdown of parking lots for all events at the Hard Rock Stadium campus, including Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami events, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and the Miami Open. This role will ensure smooth event transitions, drive operational efficiency, and lead the parking setup team through each event conversion.Location:This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.Responsibilities:

• Manage complex event conversions, ensuring seamless transitions between football games, concerts, soccer matches, racetrack activations, tennis tournaments, and other stadium events.
• Lead and support the parking setup team, overseeing scheduling, workload distribution, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to analyze and solve a variety of complex situations and problems using timely decision-making skills.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence effectively at all levels within the organization and with external vendors.
• Ability to coordinate planning and collaboration with internal stakeholders driving continuous improvement.
• Leverage project management software to create project plans to effectively prepare and execute campus conversions including the load in/out of major events and simultaneous minor events across the Hard Rock Stadium campus.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures for merging different conversions based on the event.
• Oversee the use of heavy equipment as needed for event conversions.Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in operations, preferably in event logistics or large-scale venue operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Highly organized with the ability to develop and implement processes to streamline work.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • MOT and Forklift Certifications preferred.
  • Willingness to work nights, extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.Featured Benefits:
