Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foodservice
Sales Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time
position that will be responsible for the East Region. The
successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing sales strategies in the Manufacturing industry, with a
focus on foodservice sales. The role requires an individual with an
excellent understanding of the market dynamics, customer needs, and
competitive landscape. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a
similar role is required. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese,
Mandarin, or Korean is a must. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and
implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals in
the East Region. 2. Direct sales forecasting activities and set
performance goals accordingly. 3. Review market analysis to
determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. 4.
Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with
sales representatives. 5. Meet with key clients, assisting sales
representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and
closing deals. 6. Coordinate liaison between sales department and
other sales-related units. 7. Analyze and control expenditures of
the division to conform to budgetary requirements. 8. Prepare
periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and
areas of proposed client base expansion. 9. Monitor and evaluate
the activities and products of the competition. 10. Responsible for
the successful launch of new products in the region.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing,
or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in foodservice sales,
preferably in the Manufacturing industry. 3. Proven track record in
territory development and regional sales. 4. Strong knowledge of
syndicated data, key accounts, and Key Performance Indicators. 5.
Demonstrated experience in sales performance analysis and new
product launches. 6. Excellent negotiation and relationship
management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with
proficiency in Chinese, Mandarin, or Korean. 9. Ability to travel
as needed. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to
think strategically and analytically. 11. Proficient in MS Office
