Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with
customers - Effectively manage your book of business through
productivity and pipeline management - Collaborate with internal
business partners - Responsible for keeping current clients
satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day
basis - Manage existing customer accounts to drive sales and
achieve profit margins - Consistently meet or exceed productivity
metrics and goals - Build and develop internal and external
business relationships - Make outbound sales calls to grow customer
base - Educate our customers on our products, programs, and
consolidation opportunities What you bring to the table: - A high
level of integrity in all business dealings - Strong time
management and organization skills - Ability to uncover, develop,
and close sales - Strong relationship building and problem solving
skills - Knowledge of product, pricing, competition, and sales
objectives - Ability to sell company values and services, in
addition to program features and benefits via phone and internet -
Adaptable to a fast-paced organization that changes to continuously
improve the customer experience - Ability to sell multiple buyer
levels within small to mid-sized customers - Excellent oral and
written communication skills - Proficient computer skills and
knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and adjust well to change Qualifications: What’s
needed- Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or G.E.D - 6
months of relevant experience in sales (preferred) or customer
service role - Effective communication (oral and written) and
effective relationship building skills - Ability to work on-site at
our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week What’s
needed- Preferred Qualifications: · Proven account management or
