Job Description Job Description Description: Job Purpose: Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers. Seek new distribution for Milton where applicable and/or assigned. Add new product categories and additional products where applicable for all customers. Offer customer service and technical assistance. Duties & Responsibilities: · Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. · Identifies revenue opportunities within customers through communications, programs, and other activities as needed. · Ensures prospect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all levels. · Responds to requests from customers for information and other needs. · Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations. · Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce channels. · Keeps management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports. · Additional duties as assigned. · Work with accounts and ensure their websites have the most current A content. · Knowledge of Microsoft office and use of CRM. · Duties and responsibilities may change, and new ones may be added, at any time with or without advanced notice.[DW1] Requirements: Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or sales support role · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical or technical field · Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships · Experience identifying and developing new sales opportunities, including cold calling and lead follow-up · Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal · Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and product demonstrations with clients · Familiarity with B2B sales environments and e-commerce platforms · Proficient in using standard office equipment and tools, including Microsoft Office · Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently · Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
