Our client is seeking a Controller to join their leadership team and oversee all accounting operations due to an upcoming retirement. Work with a genuine group of people Join a company with a strong reputation and long-standing history of success What You'll Be Doing as the Controller: Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements Lead the month-end and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory requirements Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth and efficiency Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA nice to have Proven experience in a Controller position Experience leading month & year end closes
