family at work and in life. Job Details We are seeking a highly
skilled and experienced Permanent Electrical Estimator to join our
construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
estimating and designing electrical systems for construction
projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful
candidate will be working with a team of professionals to deliver
exceptional results on every project. Responsibilities: Develop and
prepare electrical estimates for construction projects, including
material and labor costs, based on project specifications,
drawings, and other relevant information. Read, analyze, and
interpret bid requests and quotes, technical procedures,
specifications, and all documents and drawings for engineered and
conceptual projects. Review and analyze drawings, specifications,
and other project documents to determine the scope of work and
prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with customers,
vendors and internal team members. Create electrical designs and
drawings using AutoCAD and Trimble software, ensuring that all
designs comply with the latest electrical codes and standards.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, identify
potential issues, and provide recommendations to the project team.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical expertise and
guidance to ensure that all project objectives are met. Manage
multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. Maintain accurate records of all project estimates,
designs, and other related documents. Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. WI Designer’s
license and/or design build experience a plus. 3 years of
experience in electrical estimating and design for construction
projects. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
and other relevant electrical codes and standards. Proficient in
AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Trimble software. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the
ability to maintain high standards of quality. Ability to work
