Description Core responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously,
from project planning to closeout, while maintaining a high level
of customer satisfaction Develop project budgets, schedules, and
scopes of work, ensuring that all project deliverables are met
Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for new projects based
on project specifications, construction plans, and other relevant
information Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and
ensure that all work is completed safely and to the highest
standards of quality Identify and manage project risks and develop
contingency plans to ensure project success Liaise with clients,
architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective
communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project budgets, costs, and billing, ensuring that all
expenses are tracked and accounted for accurately Profile
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a
related field At least 10 years of experience in construction
project management, with a proven track record of managing large,
complex projects on a national level Strong understanding of
construction project management principles, practices, and
techniques Experience developing cost estimates and managing
project budgets Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork
skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the
ability to think strategically and tactically Ability to travel to
project sites throughout the country one to two days a month Job
