Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing
the methods, tools, and performance infrastructure that drive
commercial planning. This includes developing and refining systems
for sales quotas, strategic sales planning, capacity modeling, and
scenario analysis —ensuring alignment with key business outcomes
while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement. This
role demands a highly analytical, tech-savvy, and data-driven
leader with deep expertise in commercial planning frameworks,
model-building, and analytics—particularly within the Anaplan
platform. While the preferred location for this position is
Milwaukee, WI, we welcome applications from qualified candidates in
other regions. What You will do Own the evolution of commercial
planning tools – spearheading development, optimization, and
integration of methods, data, and processes. Lead Anaplan model
architecture and execution – serving as the primary builder ,
maintaining the model(s), managing updates, and driving new user
stories. Ensure high data quality and analytical integrity –
developing performance management capabilities to enhance
decision-making and support business goals. Collaborate
cross-functionally – working closely with IT, Data & Analytics, and
Commercial Planning Teams to strengthen planning tools and
infrastructure. Champion training and adoption – partnering with
L&D teams to develop user guides and training programs,
ensuring seamless rollout and ongoing improvements. Stay ahead of
emerging trends – researching new technologies and methodologies
that enhance data-driven commercial planning and strategic
execution. What we look for Requirements Proven experience in
commercial planning, performance optimization, and data
integration. Expertise in Anaplan model-building, including
development, optimization, and integration of methods and tools.
Strong analytical skills for enterprise planning, decision support,
and scenario modeling. Deep understanding of commercial planning
and business metrics, including quota, compensation, cost of sales,
capacity planning, and customer value analytics. Ability to drive
process improvements and enhance commercial strategy execution.
Proficiency in managing global tools and systems for operational
efficiency. Excellent communication and stakeholder management
skills. Preferred Experience in strategic business planning within
the building solutions industry. Familiarity with enterprise
planning tools beyond Anaplan. Prior leadership in cross-functional
initiatives related to commercial strategy and process
optimization. Knowledge of sustainable business practices in
commercial planning. Ability to mentor teams in Anaplan best
