of AR to lead a high-performing accounts receivable team. Based in
Downers Grove , this hybrid role (in-office Tuesday-Thursday)

management, and foster a culture of accountability What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 8 years of AR
leadership experience; minimum 3 years managing large teams Proven
ability to manage complex, high-volume receivables environments
Experience working with hourly teams and navigating
cross-functional operations Tech-savvy with ERP systems (Workday a
